Living out of a suitcase is not a suitable lifestyle, for anyone, but the people that you meet often make it worthwhile.
Today was a good example – far from home, we sat down to a late lunch, well, it turned out to be almost a feast as the food was very good, but the highlight of the meal was our service, polite, attentive, and prompt, and all with a smile.
Sadly, this is not always the case.
Now with a nice glass of Cabernet Sauvignon to hand, and old Mr Cohen singing quietly in the background, we can contemplate the next trip, beginning tomorrow morning, with a glow of well-being.
How many more trips can the body endure?
The “bucket list” grows longer in defiance of all mathematical or other axioms, each item with its own reason and history leading to the addition to the list.
